The Cottage
Upon arrival at the property, an annex to the owners’ accommodation and accessed via 4 external steps, enter into the central hallway which leads to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner.
This beautifully styled and welcoming space is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring, take time to sink into the sofa, relax and take in your favourite movie.
From the lounge area, French doors lead out onto the decking area.
The kitchen area located just off from the lounge provides all you require for your holiday home cooking, with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
The bedrooms and shower room are just off from the central hallway, there are two bedrooms, a king-size with views over the countryside dressed in a light palette and a double with a large Velux window allowing light to flood in.
The shower room has a rainfall shower and WC.
Heading outside, there is a lovely decked area that can be accessed via the lounge/kitchen/diner with garden furniture and gas BBQ which enjoys far reaching countryside views.
The Barn
On arrival situated left of the cottage is adjoined to the main house and is accessed by a large oak door with a granite step up, this leads into the stylish kitchen diner with table large enough to accommodate six people for dinner.
The Barn has a studio feel to it, all areas are on one level apart from a small step into the bathroom with wet room.
With high ceilings and spacious feel this is a roomy barn conversion beautifully styled with superb fixtures and fittings.
A fully equip kitchen, spacious living area smart TV and kingsize bed.
Black natural slate floors, sumptuous rugs and beautiful linen drapes make this living space really cosy.
The barn has a small grassy area outside.
A Few Notes...
- In low season when booking as individual properties, the cottage takes precedent over the barn for use of the jacuzzi.
- Wander the owner's beautiful fully enclosed garden with turtle pond and ornamental Koi pond. Enjoy the large heated outdoor swimming pool (unfenced), six seater jacuzzi hot tub & Summer House with games room and snooker table. Available mid April - mid October inclusive. There is off-road parking for two cars available.
- Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
