On M5 follow signs to the South West
A30 follow signs for Bodmin and exit at Bodmin Junction turn left at Nissan garage , follow A38 towards Lanhydrock. At roundabout 3rd exit follow signs for Lanhydrock onto Turfdown Road at next roundabout take 1st exit onto the B3268 towards Lostwithiel keep on this road through villages Maudlin , Sweetshouse on B3269 keep straight on this road, Pelyn vet is on your right , at the junction of A390 turn right towards St Austell approximately 1/2 mile take right towards The Crown Pub and Lanlivery. Keep left at village junction and take left at The Crown Pub. Follow signs towards Luxulyan , at the crossroads keep going straight on towards Lanlivet and continue for a mile past Tregantle Farm on your left and Crift Barns and Downs on the right. Our wooden gate is the next drive on your left OLD WINDMILL HOUSE and COTTAGE.

We have double wooden gates at the bottom of the drive , black slate sign on the gate with security cameras at the entrance.
Each property has a key safe which is situated to the left of the front doors of each property on the wall :) . Access codes will be sent to you before you arrive.
If we are on site the doors will be unlocked.
Please park in front of the white garage in front of the slate sign "Cottage Parking" facing towards it allowing for 2 cars side by side , cottage patio will be in front of you.
